The deal cycle is under 90 days and the ACV sits between £20,000 and £40,000. The commercial motion is well‑defined and the inbound from marketing complements the outbound you and your team will be running.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your own outbound sequences across cold calls, email, and LinkedIn every day alongside your team responsibilities
- Coaching and developing the SDR team through call reviews, sequencing feedback, and individual development plans
- Setting and monitoring team KPIs and reporting on performance to senior sales leadership
- Owning Salesforce hygiene for yourself and ensuring the team does the same
- Building tight relationships with AEs to make sure every handoff comes with proper context and clean qualification
You Should Apply If You…
- Have 2 to 4+ years in an SDR or BDR role with real quota attainment behind you, not just the title
- Have coached or mentored others, formally or informally, and can point to them actually getting better
- Are either a senior SDR ready for your first team lead role, or a small-team SDR manager wanting high‑ownership scale‑up experience
- Are genuinely comfortable on the phones daily and have no intention of stepping back from outbound
- Have Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Gong or equivalent as standard tools in your process
