Health Care Assistant – Weekends
Responsibilities
- Visiting clients’ homes to support them with their daily living tasks.
- Help deliver outcomes to improve clients’ lives.
- Provide personal care.
- Assist with medication.
- Prepare food.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship.
- Run errands and accompany on visits.
