Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They smile, greet and thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions. Associates must be ready to help with customer questions and needs and may need to stand for long periods of time.

Compensation
Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour.
Income may include premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Annual or quarterly performance incentives are also available.
