Trainee Sales Consultant – Manchester City Centre
Salary: 26,500 basic + OTE 45,000 upwards per year + additional bonuses

With a gradual ease into the sales world, we will start you off after full training with warm calls. You will upsell our products to existing customers who already have packages in place. You don’t source leads. Many of our sales consultants close deals in their first week.

We specialise in Wellbeing Support & Employee Assistance Programs for businesses worldwide, offering medical, sports, counselling, memberships, first aid training, life coaching, financial wellbeing and workshops. These benefits improve staff happiness by up to 56%.
Responsibilities
After full training, you will handle warm calls, upselling existing customers’ packages.
Requirements
- Hunger and confidence.
- Confident, chatty, able to build conversations.
- Money hungry, ready to earn up to 50,000 in first year.
