Description

Chelmsford College is seeking an innovative, enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer in Functional Skills and GCSE Maths. The successful candidate will join a team at a great time, with the opportunity to contribute to Pearson GCSE Maths Language 2.0, AQA GCSE Maths Language and Pearson Functional Skills Maths from Entry Level through to Level 1.
Responsibilities
Deliver high quality lessons across two sites in Chelmsford, preparing, planning and delivering teaching for GCSE and Functional Skills Maths.
Assess Functional Skills Maths and other outcomes where required.
Support professional development and contribute to curriculum planning for the Maths subject area.
Qualifications
Subject-specific qualifications and previous teaching experience in Maths are required.
Newly qualified or unqualified teachers will be considered.
Experience of assessing Functional Skills Maths is beneficial.
