Order Processor (Chinese Cantonese and or Mandarin Speaking, £25k, Wholesale, London)

Position Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an Order Processor role in a Wholesale Food and Beverage company based in Dagenham. It is an Oriental Food Specialist offering thousands of items to Asian wholesalers, supermarkets, retailers, dining establishments, cafés, and takeaways around the UK.

To help the team in offering top-notch customer care to every client, they are now looking for an order processor. This is a shift job that requires working 5½ days per week with some paid overtime requirements during peak times.

Requirements

• Cantonese and/or Mandarin language proficiency
• Experienced using Microsoft Office programmes like Word and Excel
• Accommodating with overtime
• Able to maintain composure and detail-oriented work under duress
• Being able to multitask
• Telephone etiquette
• Fantastic team player
• A proactive attitude toward the workplace
• Time management skills
• Concentrate on customer service
