Salary: £12.75 per hour, increasing to £13.44 after full training, with up to £2,000 discretionary bonus per year (pro‑rated).

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (2 full days).

About the role: As a Store Colleague you will be the face of our business, welcoming customers, providing expert support, and closing sales in our retail and pawnbroking services. No previous experience required – we provide full training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation.
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets.
• Handle transactions accurately and securely.
