Availability Window

Mon 05:00–11:15, Tue 05:00–11:15, Wed 05:00–11:15, Thu 05:00–10:15.

Pay rate: starts at £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options for 12 to 16 hours.

Responsibilities

• Help serve shoppers better everyday.
• Meet great people, learn new things and be part of a specialist, diverse team.
• Know customers and serve them with passion and pride; give great natural service.
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services within the store.
• Work across service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.

• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Be knowledgeable about store performance; understand the role in driving service and sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.

• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

Legal

We recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver’s age. Candidates must be over 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am, after 9:45 pm, or in certain areas such as warehouses, counters, bakery, or driving roles.
