Pay and Hours

Our colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (minimum 12), that option is also available.

Availability windows determine when we schedule your contracted hours. You will receive three weeks’ notice of your shifts. We are flexible if your available times closely match but do not exactly match our advertised windows.

• Handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure customers receive them in best condition.

• Accepting deliveries into the store when required.

Age Requirements

Applicants must be over 18 years of age. For roles requiring work before 06:15 am or after 09:45 pm or involving specific areas such as warehouse, beer, wine, counter, bakery or driving duties, the age requirement is strictly enforced.
