Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Park Gate. As a Customer Care Advocate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their car-buying journey. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions via various communication channels, tracking service requests, and collaborating with teams to provide solutions. You will embody Carsa’s values by delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction practices
  • Proficiency in creating positive Customer Experiences and addressing customer needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
