Host – Arcade Food Hall – Battersea Power Station. Be the first smile guests see at Arcade Battersea. As a Host, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front-of-house — welcoming guests with warmth, managing the floor with finesse, and keeping the operation smooth and upbeat from the outset.
Located in the heart of the iconic Battersea Power Station, Arcade showcases our core philosophy of creating multiple unique food brands, championing great talent, and delivering all this, to the table, under one roof. Food brands from around the world are represented, with a drinks program to match, and a calendar full of events.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with flair and enthusiasm, making them feel like VIPs
- Manage seating arrangements with creativity and style
- Provide guests with engaging information about food partners and drink offerings
- Help coordinate special events and promotions, adding your unique touch
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications
- Outgoing, energetic, and have a flair for the dramatic
- Working knowledge of SevenRooms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for food and creating memorable experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
