Scope of Work

The role will involve working on a CAT B project, carrying out soft strip‑out works within a commercial and warehouse complex. Duties may include assisting site teams with the removal of non‑structural elements, clearing materials, maintaining a tidy work environment, and supporting skilled trades on site. Candidates must be proactive, reliable, and able to follow site health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Green Card (front and back required)
• Full PPE (hard hat, hi‑vis, safety boots, gloves, and eye protection)
• Two company references from previous employment
• Ability to work safely and effectively within a team environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
