Our client, a leading contractor in the water sector, is currently seeking an experienced Lift Supervisor to join their team in Worcester. Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating lift operations on site
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conducting regular inspections and assessments to maintain operational standards
• Liaising with site management to ensure efficient workflow
• Coaching and mentoring site operatives
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Overseeing the setup of lifting equipment and ensuring it meets technical specifications
• Managing on‑site logistics and resource allocation

Job Requirements

• Experience in lift supervision, preferably within the water sector
• A valid CPCS Lift Supervisor certification
• SSSTS qualification
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reports

Working Hours

07:00 am – 17:00 pm, Monday to FridayWeekend work and overtime available
