Overview

Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Adviser to join a busy operational hub, providing front-line support services (face to face, online and over the phone) to a wide range of customers while projecting a positive and friendly image.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front-line customer support across multiple channels (face to face, online and over the phone).
  • Manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion and ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Multi-task effectively to balance administrative tasks with customer interactions.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and deliver accurate information and administrative support as required.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong numeric aptitude and solid all-round administrative skills.
  • IT literate and able to use standard office software and systems.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to remain approachable and friendly.
