Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
- Accurately record and update customer information using internal systems
- Investigate and resolve complaints with a problem-solving approach
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and satisfaction
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
- Proven experience using CRM systems or other customer service platforms
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- A professional and empathetic approach when dealing with customers
Desirable Skills
- Experience in a high-volume customer service environment
- Familiarity with ticketing systems or case management tools
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions
