Sales Assistant (Part-Time)

Job Details

Competitive hourly pay: £13.25 – £13.25.

Location: Pandora. You will be required to work the following days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Position: Sales Assistant (permanent). Work hours: 12 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver exceptional service: achieve and exceed sales KPIs by delivering the customer experience model “Every Moment Matters”.
• Build rapport and loyalty: create meaningful connections and encourage customer loyalty.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: share product knowledge and curate jewellery selections that tell a story.
• Achieve sales targets: focus on conversion, average transaction value, and units per transaction.
• Support store operations: assist with stock deliveries, maintain immaculate shop floor standards, and process transactions accurately at the till.
