The Person

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good time management and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends.

The Role

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep the kitchen and restaurant outlets clean and organised.
• Always keep storerooms clean and tidy.
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always met.
• Handle waste and recycling duties.
