We are recruiting an Information Services Officer to provide a legal research enquiries service and regular database training to our key stakeholders. Responsibilities include specialist legal research, occasional business research, monitoring future legal developments, promoting legal and business information resources, delivering training sessions, intranet updates, attending team meetings, and supporting fee earners with current awareness provision.

The role is based out of our Central London office. Standard working hours are 9:30 am–5:30 pm, with a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Flexible work requests are welcome.

Candidate Overview

  • Information services experience, including enquiries, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Experience delivering training on online information products and research services.
  • Ability to deliver presentations and training to groups, including senior members of the firm.
  • Expertise with a range of legal databases, from firm‑wide resources to niche products, business databases, and press resources.
  • Commitment to high‑quality customer service in a fast‑changing, demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle a demanding workload.
