Fostering Social Work Supervisor (Hybrid, 9-Month Cover)

Cambian Group Plc is seeking a dedicated Supervising Social Worker to join By the Bridge in Coventry. In this role, you will provide direct support to families, working with a manageable caseload of 6-7. You will work in a supportive environment with the therapy team and Education Advisors.

The position includes a competitive salary, car allowance, and 30 days annual leave. With hybrid working conditions, you will spend 1-2 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.
