We’re hiring: SOC Operator Apprentice. Location: Waterlooville, PO7 7AJ.
Pay: £29,374.80 per annum.
Hours: 42 hours per week: 4 days on, 4 days off & 4 nights on, 4 nights off.

What you’ll be doing day to day
As an Apprentice Security Operations Centre Apprentice you will:
- Respond to alarm activations across multiple platforms
- Monitor CCTV and deliver timely, accurate responses
- Support mobile teams during call-outs
- Liaise with customers, contractors and emergency services
- Keep systems updated and maintain high-quality reporting
- Provide support during adverse weather, emergencies or incidents

Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Is 18 or over
- GCSE Maths or English at Grade C/4 (or willing to complete them during the apprenticeship)
- Communicates clearly and confidently
