Pay Scale: £90.00 – £105.00 per day

Are you a confident and resilient Behaviour Teaching Assistant ready to make a difference in the classroom? The dynamic Specialist School in Reading is looking for a committed BTA to join their team as soon as possible. This role involves supporting pupils who need additional help managing behaviour and engaging with learning.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural challenges
• Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
• Supporting pupils in developing positive social behaviours
• De‑escalating challenging situations in a calm and professional manner
• Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
• Creating a structured and consistent learning environment
• ASAP start in a well‑connected Reading location

This role is well suited to candidates with experience in education, care, or youth work. A strong understanding of behaviour and SEMH needs is highly beneficial.
