KM are delighted to be supporting a Transport Training Academy, designed to help individuals start or progress their careers within the bus and passenger transport sector.
Our client is offering this role as a Trainee or Qualified opportunity – full training will be provided for the successful candidate to achieve the Trainer/Assessor award.
Essential Criteria
- Ideally have experience of training/mentoring
- Must hold valid PCV and CPC licences.
- Hold a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bus Driver.
- Comfortable and confident to deliver classroom / workshop-based group sessions
- Must be I.T. literate.
- Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Duties
- Deliver a fully funded training programme for aspiring bus drivers, alongside ongoing development and mandatory CPC training for existing drivers.
- Training delivery will be in-person classroom/workshop based.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Work to learner review and completion timescales.
