Overview

Edmonton Operations produces 50 million cases of drinks per year across seven manufacturing lines. The site can produce up to 142,000 litres of drink per hour, including both PET and glass bottling. It is the only site in GB to produce Oasis drinks.

There are over 200 people across Manufacturing, QESH, and Engineering. Experience here can lead to excellent career opportunities within Edmonton, across other GB sites, and even at Pan-European locations.

Responsibilities

  • Use an SAP-based Planned Maintenance system to carry out and record maintenance activities and findings.
  • Use network-based systems to carry out and record quality checks (including on-screen systems, HMI interrogation, visual checks, and measurements).
  • Use SAP-based materials systems to order, use, and account for materials in the production process.
  • Apply basic root cause analysis tools to identify, diagnose, and elevate equipment and process-related issues.
  • Support both shift-based and day-based Engineering teams to improve line reliability and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations relevant to the site, the wider business, and the community.
  • Develop and maintain personal skills and knowledge through training opportunities and the in-house Academy system.

Shift Pattern

Role based on a continental shift pattern working 12 hour days and nights.

Eligibility & Skills

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to absorb information.
  • Good level of numerical, practical, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work to demanding timescales and meet customer service requirements.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a wider team.
  • Adaptable, with a flexible approach to tasks in line with business needs.
