Employability Coach

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced employment advisor or someone with similar experience to support vulnerable individuals back into employment. The role involves being trained as an IPS Employment Specialist and working in the community at various partner sites such as Job Centres, Council Offices, and NHS Trusts across Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored employment support to approximately 25 participants.
• Work closely with employers to create suitable opportunities.
• Manage your own diary, work to targets, and juggle multiple priorities.
• Operate in a high‑risk environment, ensuring safety through robust check‑in systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as an Employment Advisor, or in a sales‑focused role such as recruitment or B2B sales, or supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience.

Working Conditions

• Community‑based role with hot‑desk across partner sites in Basingstoke, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, Hayling Island, Andover, and Winchester.
• High‑risk environment requiring organization, resilience, and self‑wellbeing management.
• Full training and ongoing support provided.
