Commercial Vehicle Sales Representative – Lloyd Ltd Bishop Auckland

Due to business growth, an exciting opportunity has opened for a commercial vehicle Sales Representative to join our team at Lloyd Ltd Bishop Auckland.
If you have strong customer service skills, a good understanding of the commercial vehicle industry, and a desire to build lasting relationships while selling market-leading vans and pick-ups — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Selling new and used commercial vehicles, including vans, pick-ups, to both existing and new customers.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with businesses and commercial customers across a range of industries.
- Understanding customers’ operational requirements and matching them with the right vehicle solutions.
- Promoting our full range of commercial vehicles and associated products and services.
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and customer engagement.
- Managing the full sales process — from enquiry and quotation through to handover and aftersales support.
- Attending trade events, customer visits, and promotional activities to support sales growth.
Qualifications
- Has knowledge of, or a strong interest in, commercial vehicles and the automotive industry.
- Has excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Is a confident communicator with good IT skills.
- Is self-motivated, organised, and target driven.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Has previous sales experience (ideally within commercial vehicles or automotive sales).

Location
Based at Lloyd Ltd Bishop Auckland. (Holland House, St Helens Way, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14 9AX).
Hours
Minimum 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
