Chef de Partie

We’re looking for someone who works well under pressure, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in keeping standards high.

Pay

• £12.71 per hour + service charge
• Average earnings usually around £14–£15.50 per hour total

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking dishes to company standards
• Working across different kitchen sections during service
• Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all times
• Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
• Helping with stock rotation and organisation
• Assisting with prep and daily kitchen setup
• Communicating clearly with the front of house and kitchen team
• Following all health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organised
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
• Speaking Spanish is essential
• Passion for Mexican food is a big plus
