What You’ll Do
- Run Breakfast, starter or pudding section unsupervised
- Complete to do list and order lists
- Maintains our standards but contributes ideas, methods and helps drive us forward.
Who You Are
- Experience in a kitchen, cooking for a minimum of one year
- Personality, confidence and drive with flair, enthusiasm and an appetite for being hospitable.
- Knowledge of our style of service, food and drinks.
Hours & Time Off
- 40 – 45 hours a week over 4 – 5 days.
- 2 days off each week on Mondays and Tuesdays
- A mix of shifts including 7.30am till 3pm, 9am till 4pm, 4pm till 11pm, 9am till 11pm with a two hour break
- Closed on 25 & 26 December each year
