Availability Window

Days: Sun 06:00 – 15:00, Mon 14:00 – 22:00, Wed 14:00 – 22:00, Thu 14:00 – 22:00, Fri 06:00 – 22:00

Responsibilities

  • Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
  • Working across all areas of the store and being the go‑to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
  • Building positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
  • Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
  • Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
  • Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role‑modeling great service.
  • Staying curious and seeking opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet a little better every day.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years old.
  • Experience in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
  • Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
  • A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
  • A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.

Compensation and Hours

Shift Lead pay starts at €15.59 per hour, rising to €16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. Minimum of 16 hours per week, with roles from 12 hours available.

Availability

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability closely matches what we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply.
