Location: Salisbury. Pay: £17.50 per hour. Temporary role with flexible working hours.

What you’ll do

• Work hours 08:00 – 13:00, cooking for 20 residents in a small independent care home.
• Collaborate with one kitchen assistant to prepare meals.
• Plan and prepare appealing, nutritious meals that meet individual residents’ needs and preferences, including dietary requirements.
• Ensure the kitchen environment is consistently clean and adheres to all food safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen team.

Qualifications

• IDDSI training.
• Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Food Allergen Certificate.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate on the updated service or dated within 1 year.
• Previous care home experience.
