Junior Graphic Designer
Location: Cleckheaton
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Job Type: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday (1 Hour Lunch) – 37.5 Hours per Week

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Graphic Designer who is looking to kick-start their design career, gain hands-on experience, and learn from highly experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.
You’ll be working in a busy, fast-paced artwork department, contributing to real client projects across a wide range of products. This role will give you opportunities to develop your creative skills and input ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and adapt artwork for branded products and garments across multiple formats
- Produce visuals, mock ups and proofs to support client presentations and internal teams
- Prepare accurate, print-ready artwork for production
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to refine designs
- Support wider design projects such as campaigns, catalogues, and branding
- Contribute creative ideas to support new business opportunities
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Essential)
- Strong attention to detail, particularly for print and artwork setup
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence and communication skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic and willing nature to get involved where needed

- Experience with Adobe Indesign (Desirable)
- Exposure to AI tools, 3D design, photography, or video editing (Desirable)
