Support Worker – Supported Living

MPA Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a supported living service in Bangor. We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a person-centered team supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Your Role

• Provide personalised care aligned with individual plans
• Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Support daily living skills, medication, and safe environments
• Respond appropriately to challenging behaviours
• Encourage social engagement and attend appointments
• Work closely with professionals and maintain accurate records
• Shift patterns 8am-4pm/4pm-10pm. (*subject to change to meet needs of facility)

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a care role relating to people with Autism / Learning Difficulties / Mental Health
• NISCC registered / willing to register
• Good communication skills and a caring approach
• Safety Intervention Training (provided in-house)
