You’ll be the voice of the business – speaking to companies, building relationships, and helping them get the supplies they need to keep their teams running smoothly.
On a typical day you’ll:
- Pick up the phone and connect with new and existing business customers
- Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell with low/spending, dormant and existing accounts
- Turn enquiries into orders through strong rapport building ability
- Build your own customer base and grow it month after month
- Smash your targets (and celebrate when you do)
- Work closely with the wider team to make sure customers are happy
Skills & Requirements:
- Someone who’s confident, xwzovoh tenacious and ambitious
- A natural persuader who listens as well as they talk and is brilliant building commercial relationships
- Target-driven (you don’t just meet goals – you chase them)
- Resilient – because not every call is a yes
- Experience in telesales, internal sales, or B2B sales is a big plus
