About the Role

Childcare Sessional Workers play an important role in helping us deliver flexible, high ‑ quality childcare across our services, which include a full day care nursery, six Out of School Clubs, and two Breakfast Clubs.

Sessional hours vary and are offered in line with both the needs of the organisation and the availability of the individual. Shifts may range from short sessions to full ‑ time cover. We currently have a number of opportunities to support our teams during staff holidays and absences.

This role offers a flexible way to gain experience across a range of childcare environments, including nursery, breakfast clubs, and out ‑ of ‑ school care. It is an ideal stepping stone for anyone considering further study, qualifications, or a long ‑ term career in early learning and childcare.
