KFM are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Manufacturing operatives for a site in the Howden area. This role offers fixed shifts, making it ideal for those looking for consistency and routine. The Role

• Working across a variety of machinery and production areas
• Carrying out general labouring and warehouse duties
• Supporting machine operation (training provided where needed)
• Handling physically demanding tasks safely and efficiently
• Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety standards

What we’re looking for

• Previous labouring experience is essential
• Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
• Machine operating experience is a bonus (not essential)
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Reliable and ready to get stuck in
