Birmingham – Studio Photographer

Join Venture Studios as a Studio Photographer and help create memorable portrait experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture high‑quality portraits in a dynamic studio environment.
• Apply creative composition and photographic techniques to deliver striking images.
• Prepare clients for shoots and advise them on settings, pose and concept.
• Edit and retouch images using Photoshop and other image‑editing software.
• Maintain studio equipment and manage studio workflow efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Photography degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a studio setting with studio operations knowledge.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and strong digital manipulation skills.
• Good eye for composition and creative sense.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Confidence, professionalism, and strong communication ability.

Benefits & Compensation:

• Base salary: £20,000 – £26,000, depending on experience.
