We are looking for a Sales Assistant to work 8 hours per week (Mon 12:00‑16:00; Thu 12:00‑16:00). The role involves creating an exceptional shopping experience, maintaining retail operational standards on the shop floor and back of house, and supporting store targets and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and product availability.
• Support store operations during opening, closing, and holiday periods.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent Joules brand experience.
