Department Coordinator

Overview

The Department Coordinator role is a dynamic position within the operations team, working closely with colleagues across departments and the faculty office. The successful candidate will support a wide range of key events and processes in the Department of Politics, Languages & International Studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departmental colleagues and cross‑departmental teams as part of the operations group.
  • Play a key role in the success of departmental events and processes.
  • Engage with academic staff, students and professional services staff.
  • Participate in faculty‑wide projects, work‑streams and working groups.
  • Communicate effectively, adapt to changing priorities and manage a varied workload.
