Key Responsibilities
- What’s on your Daily Menu: These are the everyday ingredients you’ll be working with:
- Customer Service: Be the friendly face that greets our guests and offers expert advice on our premium cookware range.
- Sales: Season your day with sales techniques, product demos, and upselling to hit those tasty targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay fresh and up-to-date with our menu of cookware products and promotions.
- Merchandising: Plate up a visually appealing store that’s clean, organised, and irresistible.
- Inventory Management: Keep the pantry stocked and organised, from unpacking deliveries to managing stock levels.
- Cash Handling: Serve transactions accurately and cash up like a pro.
- Keyholder Duties: Open and close the store, ensuring everything is locked down and ready for the next service.
