Are you an experienced Regional Field Team Manager wanting to bring energy into a brand-new opportunity? Inspirational Regional Field Team Manager needed to work for Cosine to motivate and manage a team of field sales executives on behalf of Nutrabolt, increasing chilled space and obtain incremental promotional space for the product portfolio. OTE £43.7k (£38k + up to 15% bonus pa) + company car. A driver’s licence that enables you to drive in the UK is essential, manual licence required for the car.

You will lead and inspire a team of Field Sales Executives working across wholesale, convenience and fitness retailers to increase distribution of the Nutrabolt range, including C4 Performance and Ultimate Energy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on instilling passion within their team and driving sales for new and innovative products.

A day in the life of a regional field team manager:

  • Reporting to the National Field Sales Manager, you will build and nurture a strong bond across your team, sharing best practice to deliver against all sales and activation targets.
  • Train and coach your team to deliver the right tailored solution for every outlet which delivers the best possible return for both the outlet and the Nutrabolt portfolio
  • Encourage your team to consistently find new opportunities to increase visibility and rate of sale
  • Partner with the wider Cosine team to deliver the brand and regional growth strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

This would be a great regional field team manager role for you if:

  • You are experienced and knowledgeable about the convenience / wholesale sector, able to draw on your experience to guide the team and form well-judged plans to grow the Nutrabolt business
  • Have previous experience in managing a field sales team to deliver to targets across a broad range of measures
  • You are a problem solver, proactively seeking ways to improve processes
  • You have good presentation and Influencing skills, experience in evaluation, data analysis, and report writing
  • You will need to be happy to stay overnight (from time to time), travel across the territory, and attend regional and national meetings.
