tombola is seeking a BI Manager – Commercial & Marketing to join the Product & Insights team in Sunderland, Gibraltar or Dublin. What you’ll be getting up to
You’ll be a key part of shaping the future of our marketing and commercial efforts.
A typical day might look like this:
- Leading and supporting the BI team that focuses on commercial and marketing insight.
- Working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Supporting the development of reports and dashboards to track performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement.
- Guiding your team in using data effectively to solve problems and proactively spot opportunities.
What we’re looking for in you (your superpowers!)
We’re looking for someone who is a natural collaborator and enjoys developing people.
The Must-Haves
- Proven experience leading BI, performance, or data teams.
- Strong data visualization skills, ideally with Tableau; Looker or Power BI are great too.
- Expert SQL knowledge.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and translating technical detail into simple, clear stories that drive action.
The Nice-to-Haves
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and balancing short-term needs with long-term improvements.
- Knowledge of the online gambling industry.
