Warehouse Operative
We operate the UK’s only flexible multi‑temp, shared customer delivery logistics network. We buy, warehouse, pick and distribute products to the nation’s best‑loved food and drink brands every single day, providing the best experience to our customers.
We are looking for a Warehouse Operative with a real can‑do attitude who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Accurate picking and dispatch of goods using voice technology.
- Checking quality, shelf life, and ensuring packaging is robust for delivery.
- Assembling and stacking products to the highest standard.
- Working with all team members to ensure corporate goals and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Compliance with food safety, food hygiene, health & safety legislation and reporting procedures.
- Consistently operating a clean‑as‑you‑go principle.
- Cooperating with other departments and depots to maximise efficiencies.
- Maintaining a professional and polite attitude.
- Playing a part in audit compliance by adhering to all applicable processes and procedures.
- Undertaking any other duties that may, from time to time, prove necessary.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, committed and driven to achieve effective results and reach all targets.
- Take pride in work and look for ways to improve own performance and that of the team and business as a whole.
- Previous experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse.
- Flexible to work a 5‑day rolling rota shift pattern, including weekends and bank/public holidays.
- Health & Safety knowledge and willingness to comply with all safety procedures.
Working Hours
44 hours per week, which may include Saturdays and public holidays. Potential overtime available.

Eligibility
Only candidates over the age of 18 will be considered for roles requiring work before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or involving work in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, and driving roles.
