Cable Assembler – Northampton

Impact Recruitment are recruiting for our client, a market leading manufacturing business with over 60 years of existence, supplying cabling & echains to various industries. We are seeking an experienced Cable Assembler to join their team based in Northampton.

Shift & Pay Rates: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-5:30pm. £13.46/hour up to 37.5 hours, with Overtime paid at £20.19/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Have previous experience soldering
• Have previous experience with manual and machine crimps
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately and safely
• Support the general production activities when required during busy periods
• Desire to work in line with the company values
• Experience with quality checking and inspection of defects
• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions with minimised errors
