About The Role
As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.
Job Description
- Customer Service – helping customers find the perfect product and complete their purchase at the till.
- Brand Bra Experience – providing the brand bra fitting experience and giving expert advice on size and style.
- Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products and guiding customers to items they need.
- Store Standards – maintaining store standards, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adherence to health & safety procedures.
About You
- Passion for retail – you enjoy front‑ and back‑of‑house retail and creating a unique experience for every customer.
- Love the customer – you are keen to develop customer service skills and product knowledge and eager to learn through our programmes.
