Pertemps Medical Professionals are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Children’s Highly Specialist Occupational Therapist. You will need to work various locations: SE18 2JD, SE2 0XX, SE7 8HX.

General Information

To provide Occupational Therapy assessment, consultation and intervention to children 0-18 years within the borough of Greenwich. The post will primarily involve working with children in the special school’s team and providing clinical leadership to the special school OTs. There is a focus on multidisciplinary working and client centred practice. There will also be some work with children of school age.

Working Pattern

3 days per week, any day Mon-Fri will be considered. Hours will be 08:30-16:30pm or 09:00am-17:00pm. Duration is 12 weeks.

Role Requirements

  • A proactive approach and willingness to contribute within busy teams
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and be physically present in the UK at the time of application
  • Valid registration with the relevant governing body (NMC and/or HCPC)
  • Fully compliant with NHS Framework or individual client standards.

Rates

  • Approx days. £31.18 Per Hour Dependant on experience & client approval
  • Approx Bank Holidays £48.51 Per Hour Dependant on experience & client approval

Minimum Requirements to Apply

  • Registration with the relevant professional body (HCPC/NMC)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Minimum of 6 months’ relevant experience
