Responsibilities
- Share knowledge of M&S Food products and recommend and sell new products to customers.
- Provide remarkable service to make customers feel truly valued.
- Operate in a high‑pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.
- Use digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high‑energy environment and support teammates in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Work flexibly across various areas of the store and adapt to changing retail demands.
