• Wednesday 14:00 – 22:00
• Thursday 14:00 – 22:00
• Friday 14:00 – 22:00
• Saturday 14:00 – 22:00

Responsibilities

• Share knowledge of M&S Food products and recommend and sell new products to customers.
• Provide remarkable service to make customers feel truly valued.
• Operate in a high‑pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest.
• Use digital tools such as the Sparks App and in‑store devices to enhance the customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, high‑energy environment and support teammates in delivering a seamless customer experience.
• Work flexibly across various areas of the store and adapt to changing retail demands.
