Industrial Electrician

Lodge Allowance – £55 per day

The Role

We are currently recruiting Industrial Electricians for an outage at a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power station in Kent.

This is a planned shutdown focused on turbine maintenance and associated electrical works. While turbine-specific experience is not required, candidates must have a background in industrial or heavy engineering environments such as power stations, refineries, chemical plants, or large-scale manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical isolation and de-isolation activities during outage
• Installation, termination, and inspection of cables, containment, and panels
• Support I&C and mechanical teams with temporary power, lighting, and ancillary services
• Assist in testing and commissioning of electrical systems
• Work safely and efficiently under site permit-to-work systems and RAMS

Requirements

• Proven experience on industrial facilities
