Spa Therapist: Zen Treatments & 5-Star Guest Care

You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about the products; TEMPLESPA gain experience in a high end Spa.

Qualifications

MUST HOLD NVQ LEVEL 2 & 3 BEAUTY THERAPY

Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of TEMPLESPA treatments to a high standard
• Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
• Welcoming clients into the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner
• Booking clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls
• Achieving retail targets
• Building a regular client base
• Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
