The Role – Domiciliary Care Worker
As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will support residents living within St George’s Park Retirement Village and Assisted Living Development to live independently, safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Your role will include delivering a high standard of personal and domestic care, supporting residents with daily living tasks while maintaining their dignity, privacy and choice at all times. From helping residents keep their homes clean and welcoming, to providing tailored personal care, you will play a vital role in enhancing quality of life and wellbeing.
You will be part of a warm, welcoming and dedicated team who contribute to the positive, community-focused atmosphere throughout our retirement village.
Requirements
- Have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar care role
- Ideally hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
- Be naturally caring, compassionate and committed to supporting older adults
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Be professional, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
We offer comprehensive training and development, including opportunities to gain qualifications while working, so a willingness to learn and grow is essential.

- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for this role
