In this role, you will support the planning function by ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, maintaining accurate system data, and helping to keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on, site-based role offering the opportunity to develop your skills in supply chain and planning while contributing to operational continuity and efficiency. What youll do Support planning and supply activities to ensure materials availability and smooth operations: Manage purchase orders and supplier communication Monitor supplier lead times and follow up on deliveries Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (MRP) Support inventory management and stock optimisation Identify and resolve supply or stock issues Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment Who were looking for Experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or similar roles is a plus Open to junior profiles with strong interest in planning Good Excel and system skills (ERP experience is an advantage) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset Good communication skills and team collaboration Location & Details Location: Ashbourne, UK Work model: On-site Contract: 1218 months (maternity cover) What youll receive 25 days of holiday per calendar year based on full-time working hours, plus 8 UK bank holidays Training and development opportunities, including systems and planning processes Opportunity to build experience within a global organisation How and why to find out more We offer a role where you can develop your skills in supply chain and planning while contributing to the smooth operation of our manufacturing site.
