Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious London law firm to hire an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal on an initial 6‑month fixed‑term contract.

• Salary to £34,000
• 6‑month fixed‑term contract
• Standard hours and hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home)

This role offers outstanding exposure to high‑value transactions and a wide range of commercial real‑estate matters, working alongside one of the firm’s most renowned and successful departments in London.

Key Responsibilities

• Case administration and document management
• Preparing draft contracts and leases and exchanging contracts
• Preparing completion statements and handling completions
• Preparing Land Registry forms
• Proof reading, copy checking, indexing, archiving, and filing
• Typing of own correspondence and bills

Skills & Requirements

• Must have previous Paralegal experience within Real Estate
• Educated to degree level or relevant Paralegal / CILEx experience
